C360 Challenge 

Combine Challenges were developed to provide a benchmark for
your fitness level. They are safe, effective and measurable movements 
that allow all fitness levels to participate. Its a high energy competition 
agianst yourself and your friends for max effort to test yourself while 
having fun and burning calories!!!

Ultimate Combine 360 Conditioning

Combine360 is a systematic approach for trainers, sport performance athletes and competitors (“When Training is Your Sport”) to design programs via Open Architecture that have clear objectives in constructing workouts and maximizing performance, health and fitness potential. The overall goal is to enhance one’s Athletic Engine through the Primary Elements of Performance Balance, Athletic Movement and Combine Strength. The progression in Combine Training methodology is to gradually layer these elements along with complex overload variables to continually challenge the athlete with appropriate progression. It is important that each drill has purpose – learning to construct a workout knowing why each element was chosen for that individual.

TRAIN TO IMPROVE: The beginning phase of Combine Training, initially focused on developing the foundation of the athlete’s Athletic Engine. 

TRAIN TO GAIN: The next level of Combine Training focuses on improving body function so that the athlete is better prepared to engage in harder and more complex exercises. 

TO PERFORM: The next level of Combine Training (note: there is always a “Next Level” to attain within this phase of development, and continue to improve your performance – this is where the system truly becomes exciting!) takes an improved Primary Element and challenges the athlete in a way that will translate to game action.

  • The Goal:  Bring excitement back into fitness and to burn calories like crazy, get 

  • you in the best shape of your life and enjoy a group workout unlike any other in a safe and 

  • fun environment.

  • The Method:  Mimic the experience and intensity of boxing, kickboxing, and 

  • MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) training.  Combine cardio, strength, agility, speed, quickness, 

  • stretching, and stress management.
